I'm Srikant Singh — Precision Nutrition certified coach, passionate cook, and host of the Happy Bellyfish YouTube channel, where nearly 300,000 people come to learn healthy Indian cooking that actually tastes good.
I've been cooking Indian food since childhood. By the time I turned 15, I had cooked in kitchens across South and East India alongside my mother. Today I teach the science of spices, combining Precision Nutrition principles with traditional food wisdom.

When I started teaching healthy Indian cooking on YouTube, I expected some interest. What I didn't expect was 300,000 people showing up with the same problem: they wanted to eat well, they knew Indian food could be incredibly healthy, but nobody was making it easy enough for real life.
Over the years I've watched the modern Indian diet change in ways that truly worry me, and alongside it, a rise in lifestyle health problems that weren't as common a generation ago. I'm on a mission to change that. Not by asking people to follow complicated diets or give up the food they love, but by making healthy cooking genuinely easy, delicious, and doable for someone with a full schedule and a real life. Good health and great food are not opposites. That's the whole point of everything we make.

Anastasia also runs the business side of Happy Bellyfish, making sure every product and every customer experience meets the standard we've built over years of teaching.
