E-Book Return & Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of e-books and downloadable products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed.

When you purchase an e-book from us, the product is delivered instantly in digital format, which means it cannot be “returned” in the same way as a physical item.

Please make sure to review the product description, format compatibility, and any available previews before purchasing.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product
  • You did not receive access to the purchased file due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve
  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible and cannot be replaced

T-Shirt Exchange & Replacement Policy

We currently do not offer returns or refunds on t-shirts once an order has been delivered.

However, we do offer exchanges or replacements for eligible products in specific cases outlined below.

Size Exchanges

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.

To be eligible for a size exchange:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible
  • Size exchanges are allowed only once per order/item

Customers may be required to cover shipping costs for size exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Despite quality checks, products may occasionally get damaged during transit due to courier mishandling.

We offer replacements for products that are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrectly delivered

To request a replacement:

  • Submit your request within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide:
    • An unboxing video
    • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
    • Photos of the original packaging

Proof of Defects

If an unboxing video is not available and we are unable to verify the issue, we reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement request.

Lost in Transit

If an order is lost during shipping, a refund will be issued once the shipping status officially confirms that the package has been lost in transit.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges or replacements for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Minor color variations caused by screen/display differences

  • Photos/videos of the issue
